The Problem We Address
Every professional event — a conference, a tech summit, a business networking evening — creates genuine value through the connections people make. For event organizers, these connections can be difficult to measure. Attendees hand out physical business cards that get lost. Networks formed at events are unmeasured. Without a defined measurement workflow, organizers may struggle to explain networking activity and improve the attendee experience.
For attendees, the friction is equally real. Business card exchanges are inefficient. Paper cards go missing. Following up with 40 new contacts from a two-day conference is genuinely hard work — especially when you can barely read the card you grabbed during a rushed conversation.
What QANTRA Does
QANTRA replaces the physical business card exchange with a digital, NFC-powered system that works without any app download. Each attendee receives an NFC-enabled badge. When they tap their badge against another person's phone, that person's browser opens the attendee's professional event profile instantly. The visitor signs in, completes event setup and explicitly chooses Connect. The event relationship appears in both networks, subject to sharing and retention rules.
For organizers, the first connection for an event pair is recorded as a persisted fact. The QANTRA organizer dashboard shows total connections made, activity over the course of the event, and per-attendee engagement metrics. This gives organizers objective evidence of the networking value their event delivered — recorded engagement that can inform event planning, without proving revenue or ROI.
When a phone cannot read NFC, attendees can display a personal QR code fallback — same experience, same outcome.

QANTRA is built for professional B2B events. Its initial market focus is Belgium and Europe, targeting conferences, startup summits, professional networking events, and industry exhibitions where the quality and measurability of networking genuinely matters to organizers, attendees, and sponsors.
