1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By registering on the QANTRA platform, accessing an attendee profile, or tapping an NFC badge or scanning a QR code powered by QANTRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the QANTRA platform as a registered user or event organizer.
2. QANTRA Services & NFC Architecture
QANTRA provides B2B event networking tools for professional events. The platform includes NFC-enabled attendee badges and wristbands, QR code fallback mechanisms, web-based attendee event profiles, a mutual connection system ("My Network"), and an organizer analytics dashboard showing recorded connection metrics when refreshed.
Physical NFC badges contain zero personal data. They carry only an opaque routing token used to open an attendee's event profile in a browser. No personal information is stored on or readable from the badge hardware itself.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Acts
You may use the QANTRA platform only for lawful professional networking purposes within the context of an authorized event. You must not:
— engage in unauthorized automated scraping or bulk data collection from the platform;
— attempt to reverse-engineer NFC routing tokens or platform API endpoints;
— impersonate another attendee or submit false profile information;
— use the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam to other attendees;
— interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, platform features, NFC interaction architectures, branding, UI designs, graphic assets, and written content associated with QANTRA are the intellectual property of QANTRA and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license to use QANTRA's intellectual property is granted except as strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
QANTRA provides its event networking tools "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. QANTRA facilitates professional contact exchange between consenting attendees but does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, business relationships, employment opportunities, or results from attending a networked event.
QANTRA does not guarantee 100% NFC read compatibility across all mobile device models. QR code fallback is provided specifically to address hardware compatibility limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QANTRA's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees actually paid by the event organizer for the specific event in connection with which the claim arises.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the QANTRA platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the law of your country of residence.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
